Performance Features
Be used for bearing radial-axial combined load or pure thrust load and their load capacities are higher than deep groove ball bearings of same dimensions. Low operating friction and high limiting speed. Able to make it higher rotating accuracy and quite low vibration level. The bearing system could obtain higher rigidity where a pre-loaded couple-mounted bearing was adopted. A single angular contact ball bearing can bear thrust load only from a certain direction, so that it is usually combined to use with another angular contact ball bearing to balance thrust load, and its operating clearance or pre-load should be adjusted depend on requirement in installation. To avoid adjustment a category of special duplex bearing can be provide. Retainers are made of brass, synthetic resins or others subject to individual bearing features and application conditions.
